Gracias

There is so much to be thankful for this year.  Jake will be made Rector in January our Ninos love their school and are so happy.  Our community continues to grow and nurture our family.  Just this last year my father had major heart surgery and is recovering well and back in action.
All I have to say is muchas gracias for todo!!!

Another Fiesta: 9 Year-Old Party

Sophia is now 9, gasp……. I can't even believe it.  Just this last weekend I was with a friend in the delivery room, the same room Sophia was born in.  All I could think, was 9 years truly does fly by.  I will say I am grateful for Sophia and her young spirit.  S has a bit of an obsession with some Dutch mice, its all my fault so I can't blame the girl.  I took her to ABC Carpet a year ago, and she immediately feel in love with the magic. 

In the Children's section, there are displays of little mice with very human personas.  There was no going back, Sophia found Matilda and the collection began.  For Sophia's 9th birthday we decided to have a mouse party.  We hosted 6 special friends and they each received a mouse and a habitat to create.  Each party I create gets better and better as I get to really know my kids more, number 9 did not disappoint.
