For me inspiration comes from my environment and those around me. Since I am a Mama of two, I often need an extra hand with S & H. Our go-to sitter is Nia Kiesow. Not only is she the best baby-sitter, but she is a thoughtful young lady full of fashion inspiration.
A couple weeks ago I asked Nia to share with us her top five lifestyle inspirations. It was fun to dive into the mind of a 20 year old Brooklyner. I felt dated and inspired all at once. By the way, the kids not only love her fun personality, but the girl rides a long board everywhere- she oozes cool.

Nia, you're so cool!! Not only a great a babysitter (I wanted to sneak you into my suitcase last year after Mockingbird conference so I could have you as a babysitter here in Charlottesville!) but also such amazing style. I loved "The Edge of Love" and Bullet is such a cool publication. Hopefully we'll see you when we're visiting the city soon!

ReplyDeleteLove the fashion styles...some retro to an era of classy style and fashion that would make a lady feel pretty and special. Happy to hear S and H have a great babysitter....comforting to their Lola. If Sophia wants Nia as playdate, that means Nia does what everyone should do with kids...play with them.
