When approaching the holidays and preparing your home for upcoming festivities, I say keep it simple and elegant. Last week we began decorating our home. For me personally, I like our home to reflect who we are as a family, so with that in mind our decor on the trees is designated for the kids. Since Sophia is five and Henry is just two we kept with last years yarn theme. We also added a few more home made stars.
These decorations make our kids so happy. I love the cheery colors and playful shapes, and not having lots of breakable ornaments keeps things stress free.
