Summer Re-Model

Ginger and I are working on a friend's apartment in Gramercy Park.  The space has wonderful potential, and we have been happily sending our favorite links for inspiration.  The apartment has two beautiful panels that are hand painted.  G & I wanted to accentuate what the space has so when we found a beautiful teal sofa at Dwell Studio, we knew we had our starting place. 

With the teal velvet in mind, I had a few more ideas for my space. I would love to find a pink velvet sofa for my place or paint the walls pink….. What to do???

Summer Sandals

Summer has FINALLY arrived in NYC.  I could not be happier.  The temps are going to reach 90 today and I am so happy.  With warmer weather this calls for new sandals. Now, being a girl from AZ sandals were a must in my wardrobe and now that I live in NYC, I get more excited about pulling out the stops when it comes to summer foot wear. 

When I was a kid I either wore my Mexican sandals or jelly shoes. So, when this season of sandals came out and I found so many latin inspired sandals, I knew I had to have a pair.

 I LOVE the braided sandals, what a fabulous touch.  There are so many choices to choose from, I can't pick!!!

These below are just a fav.  They go with everything, you can be casual and sleek at the same time.
