Roaring 20s

Last week I posted here about a friend's upcoming birthday party with a fun 1920s theme.  We had so much fun, and the event was a huge success, a glamorous mix of feathers, pearls, faux bob hairstyles and pin curls.  I think capturing the hairstyles of the 20s provided the biggest challenge, but the results from the party were impressive, especially since few of us actually have bobs to work with.  Here is where I got my hair-do inspiration, straight from a magazine article from 1924.

Don't their pretty pin curls look glamorous?  

My great sport of a husband went all out in tails!
